| You'll need to bring the following with you to register: |
- Birth Certificate - An original or certified copy
(California State Seal embossed)
- Medical Release Form
- Parent Agreement Form
- Player Registration Form
- Residency - At least one parent or legal guardian must
live within CLL boundaries for their child to qualify. League Baseball, Inc. rules now require three (3) documents to prove residency within CLL boundaries.

- A check for $75.00 per player ($150.00 max per family)
Documents can come from the following categories:
- Driver's License
- Voter's Registration
- School Records
- Welfare Records
- Federal, state and local records
- Support payment records
- Homeowner or tenant records
- Utility bills
- DMV vehicle records
- Military records
- Financial records
- Insurance documents
- Medical records
The three documents must come from different categories. In other words, two or more utility bills (PG&E, water, garbage, phone, etc.) would only count as one document. |
